Second developmental reading of Sam Chanse's TRIGGER

On Monday, August 28, 2017 Leviathan Lab will hold a developmental table read of Sam Chanse's new play TRIGGER, directed by Leviathan Artistic Director Flordelino Lagundino, with dramaturgy by Leviathan Dramaturg-in-Residence Donatella Gallela. The play will be read by longtime Leviathan collaborator Tina Chilip, with Julienne Kim, Christina Pumariega, Heidi Armbruster, and Paco Tolson.

ABOUT TRIGGER
When Lee, a Filipina American woman sees Allie, her white former friend from high school go on a racist rant on YouTube, Lee decides to get out of her bubble to try and make a connection with old friend, in an effort to understand Allie's white rage. This sets Lee on an unexpected and frightening journey to face her own anger.
